brussel sprouts with prosciutto

ingredients:

  • 1C roughly Brussel Sprouts- (I use the 10 oz Trader Joe’s bag of pre sliced Brussel Sprouts)
  • 3 slices prosciutto (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt to taste

instructions:

  1. heat pan over medium heat, once warm add olive oil
  1. add brussel sprouts and a pinch of sea salt. Sauté until lightly browned and softened (about 6 minutes)
  2. Add prosciutto, mix well and sauté for an additional minute
  3. Remove from heat and enjoy!
