Welcome to Eat Simply Delicious, where you will find recipes that are simple, delicious and nutritious. I have a deep love for cooking as it is something I was raised doing with my mother and grandmother. My family is French and puts a great deal of importance around mealtimes. I treasure these times as they are spent connecting with family and friends. Pictured above is me with my husband dining at Canard & Champagne while visiting my aunt and uncle in Paris.

I created this blog as a busy, young professional who loves to cook and eat delicious and healthy meals, but doesn’t feel up to making Pinterest worthy meals every night. I found that I was spending a great deal of time scanning through beautiful recipe books and food blogs, but they often call for obscure ingredients I would buy for only that recipe. I also found that food blogs often have a long story before the recipe and scrolling through this slows me down in the kitchen when I am referencing the ingredients and instructions and my phone locks, forcing me to re-scroll through all the text to find my next step.

Here you will find that my posts only contain the recipes and recommendations, to make your time in the kitchen easy and you will still feel great after you eat them. On the right hand side of the screen you can sort recipes by type, dietary preference and ingredients already in your kitchen.
