ingredients:
- 1C roughly Brussel Sprouts- (I use the 10 oz Trader Joe’s bag of pre sliced Brussel Sprouts)
- 3 slices prosciutto (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt to taste
instructions:
- heat pan over medium heat, once warm add olive oil
- add brussel sprouts and a pinch of sea salt. Sauté until lightly browned and softened (about 6 minutes)
- Add prosciutto, mix well and sauté for an additional minute
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
