Cranberry Sauce

Serves 4

ingredients

  • 12oz bag raw cranberries
  • 1C orange juice (or water)
  • 1/4 C sugar

instructions

  1. mix water and sugar in a pot
  2. bring to a boil- mix well until sugar dissolves
  3. add cranberries- reduce heat to medium- stir frequently and cook until cranberries until they have all popped- approximately 10 minutes
  4. spoon into serving containers and refrigerate until cooled
  5. serve at room temperature
  6. enjoy 🙂
