Baked Cauliflower w/ Tumeric

serves 3

ingredients:

  • 12 oz cauliflower (quick fix- buy pre cut bag from Trader Joe’s )
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp tumeric
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic (optional)
  • cilantro to garnish (optional)

instructions:

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. optional- cover baking sheet w/ aluminum foil for easy clean up
  3. break cauliflower into bite size pieces and place in large bowl
  4. add remaining ingredients (except cilantro) to bowl
  5. toss ingredients to mix well and place on baking sheet
  6. bake for 10 minutes
  7. optional- garnish with cilantro
  8. enjoy 🙂
